Get the Help Your Son Needs
High Top Ranch is a year-round program, allowing students to enroll at any time. The average stay is fourteen to sixteen months, depending on the age of the student, his progress, and family considerations.
When a student attains the goals he and his parents have set behaviorally, academically, and therapeutically, he is ready to go home and enroll in a traditional school setting or transfer to a larger residential school. Parents work closely with therapists and counselors to assure a positive transition.
4 Steps to Get Enrolled
Step 1: Evaluate First you'll need to help determine if your son will be a good fit for High Top Ranch. You can do this by reading over our student profile, completing a quick online assessment, or by speaking with an admissions counselor.
Step 2: Contact a Counselor After you've determined that your son will be a good fit for High Top Ranch, you'll need to speak with an admissions counselor (call us at 435-638-7411 or use our contact form) to help confirm your decision and answer any questions you may have. They will also help evaluate your insurance coverage so that you can gauge your monthly out-of-pocket expenses for treatment. If desired you may also set up a school tour with your admissions counselor.
Step 3: Complete an Enrollment Packet Your admissions counselor will get you an enrollment packet which you'll need to complete and return. At this point you can also arrange for your son's transport to High Top Ranch. Parents are welcome to travel to High Top Ranch with their son, or we can help make arrangements for transport with a reputable transport agency.
Step 4: Enrollment and Evaluation Once your son arrives at High Top Ranch we ensure that all enrollment details are complete and we will arrange for an educational and therapeutic evaluation. We Will also set you up with a weekly call schedule so that you can maintain good contact with your son.
