High Top is a fully-staffed residential program developed to serve adolescents and their families with consistent therapeutic interventions. The straightforward approach is a longer-term-cost-effective program that can provide a firm set of parameters with a caring group of staff.

Staff Members include: 4 certified educators, 2 psychiatrists, a psychologist, 5 clinicians, a registered nurse, an L.P.N., an E.M.T. and 10 trained child care specialists. As a working ranch we also have expert horseman who are in charge of the horsemanship and 4-H programs. The entire staff is nondrinking and nonsmoking.
